We will run a campaign promoting Members, their entries and the competition.

Terms & conditions July 2023
Please read these terms and conditions carefully before entering the competition.
By entering you indicate that you accept these terms and conditions, and you agree to be bound by them.
- By entering the competition using our enquiries@abtot.com, any entrant agrees to allow the free use of photographs, and photo locations for marketing purposes. By entering via social media using the competition hashtag #ABTOTOneShot any entrant implies permission to free use of their company names, photographs, and photo locations for marketing purposes.
- This includes, but is not limited to, publishing entrant’s photos in our ABTOT newsletter or for these images to be added to the ABTOT website, and social media channels, in email and in postal mailings. Entrants must own the copyright to any photographs entered. Entrants will retain copyright to the photographs. All personal data submitted by an entrant in connection with this competition is submitted voluntarily.
- By participating in the #ABTOTOneShot photo competition (the “Contest”), each entrant unconditionally accepts and agrees to comply with these Official Rules and the decisions of ABTOT Limited (“the Promoter”), located at 69 Leadenhall Street, London EC3A 2BG.
- All entries will be reviewed by the ABTOT management team. The winning entries will be chosen by the ABTOT management team, and their decision is final and not subject to appeal.
- Amazon gift vouchers will be prizes awarded for the top 3 finalists – First prize £100, Second prize £75.00 and Third prize £50.00.
- Winners will be notified by email or phone or using the other contact details provided by the winner within 7 days after the end of the Competition Week during the Competition Period. The overall first, second and third place winners will be notified within 21 days after the end of the Competition Period. All reasonable endeavours will be made to contact the winners during the specified time. If a winner cannot be contacted or is not available, the Promoter reserves the right to select another winner from the valid entries that were received during the Competition Period. The winners will also be announced on social media and in the next ABTOT newsletter.
- Winners will be required to confirm acceptance of the applicable prize within 14 days of having been notified. If the winner or runner up has not claimed their prize by the date specified, the Promoter reserves the right to award the prize to another participant.
Eligibility:
- UK: The competition is open to ABTOT and BCH members and is extended to employees of these associations. Employees, Immediate family (parents, children, siblings, spouse, and life partners) of the Promoter or its agencies are not eligible to enter or win this competition. This Contest is void where prohibited.
- Contest period: The competition starts at 12.01AM on 1st July 2023 and closes at 11.59PM on 15 September 2023 (the “Competition Period”). All times are GMT and any entries received outside of the Competition Period will be void.
How to enter:
- Submit your best positive travel photo to ABTOT under the #ABTOTOneShot photo competition.
- UK: To enter via direct upload through email send the file to enquiries@ABTOT.com email, you must ensure you have read and agreed to the competition terms and conditions.
- UK: To enter via Instagram, share your photograph and include @abtot_financial-protection and #ABTOTOneShot in your post. In the caption, state the place and country the photograph was taken in. You must ensure you have read and agreed to the competition terms and conditions.
- UK: To enter via Facebook, post your photo on our Facebook page ABTOT Limited, and include #ABTOTOneShot in your post in the caption, state the place and country the photograph was taken in. You must ensure you have read and agreed to the competition terms and conditions.
- UK: To enter via Twitter, post your photo on our Twitter feed @ABTOT-UK or @ABTOTmembers, and include #ABTOTOneShot in your post in the caption, state the place and country the photograph was taken in. You must ensure you have read and agreed to the competition terms and conditions.
