The Association of Bonded Travel Organisers Trust (ABTOT) has launched a new Commercial Services offering, providing Members with access to preferential commercial rates from leading travel suppliers, airline distributors and travel technology providers.
This new service complements the existing support available through ABTOT Associates, who provide Members with legal and financial guidance, as well as marketing, fintech and environmental expertise.
Through Commercial Services, ABTOT Members can now benefit from preferred commercial rates across key areas of their business, iincluding:
- Hotel and Accommodation product from leading Bed Banks.
- Preferential Airline fares with major carriers through established airline distributors and consolidators
- Travel technology solutions – back-office systems, itinerary builders, payment gateways including inbuilt merchant acquirers.
Why now?
ABTOT Membership has diversified and grown to over 400 Members. Many newer Members previously accessed consortium services through alternative financial protection providers and are looking for a similar service from ABTOT. At the same time, ABTOT continues to attract a number of start-up travel businesses looking for introductions to leading travel suppliers for preferential rates.
Members were no longer just looking for financial protection they needed access to commercial terms from trusted supplier relationships.
