#ABTOTOneShot photo competition

Period - 28 July 2025 - 30 September 2025

The #ABTOTOneShot photo competition is back for its fourth year—and it’s your chance to shine!

This much-loved initiative gives ABTOT Members the opportunity to showcase the unique destinations, experiences and moments that make your tours unforgettable. Whether the shots come from your team on the ground or your customers in the moment, we want to see the images that tell your story.

Following the popularity of last year’s format, we’re once again inviting entries into four inspiring categories:

  • Landscape & Landmarks
  • Cities, Buildings & Accommodation
  • Wildlife & Birding
  • People & Culture

We’ll be accepting Member entries and celebrating your work across our social channels from Monday 28th July 2025—a great opportunity to raise your profile and connect with the wider travel community.

To enter, send your photos to oneshot@abtot.com and post in Facebook and or Instagram using the hashtag #ABTOTOneShot.

Terms & conditions July 2025

Please read these terms and conditions carefully before entering the competition.

By entering you indicate that you accept these terms and conditions, and you agree to be bound by them.

  • By entering the competition using our oneshot@abtot.com, any entrant agrees to allow the free use of photographs, and photo locations for our marketing purposes. By entering via social media using the competition hashtag #ABTOTOneShot any entrant agrees to free use of their company names, photographs, and photo locations for marketing purposes.
  • This includes, but is not limited to, publishing entrant’s photos in our ABTOT newsletter or for these images to be added to the ABTOT website, and social media channels, in email and in postal mailings.
  • Entrants must own the copyright to any photographs entered. Entrants will retain copyright to the photographs. All personal data submitted by an entrant in connection with this competition is submitted voluntarily.
  • By participating in the #ABTOTOneShot photo competition (the “Contest”), each entrant unconditionally accepts and agrees to comply with these Official Rules and the decisions of ABTOT Limited. (“The Promoter”), located at 7th floor 69 Leadenhall Street, London EC3A 7BG.

Judging

  • All entries will be reviewed by the ABTOT management team.The winning entries will be chosen by the ABTOT management team, and their decision is final and not subject to appeal.

Prizes

  • Prizes awarded for winners of each category. Categories are:
    • Landscape and landmarks
    • Cities, Building and accommodation.
    • Wildlife
    • People
  • £50 Amazon gift vouchers will be emailed to the winners of each category.
  • Winners will be notified by email or phone or using the other contact details provided by the winner within 7 days after the end of the Competition Week during the Competition Period. The overall first, second and third place winners will be notified within 21 days after the end of the Competition Period. All reasonable endeavours will be made to contact the winners during the specified time. If a winner cannot be contacted or is not available, the Promoter reserves the right to select another winner from the valid entries that were received during the Competition Period.The winners will also be announced directly by email and on broadcast on social media and in the next ABTOT newsletter.
  • Winners will be required to confirm acceptance of the applicable prize within 14 days of having been notified. If the winner or runner up has not claimed their prize by the date specified, we reserve the right to award the prize to another participant.

 

Eligibility:

  • UK:The competition is open to ABTOT and Bonded Coach Holiday Members and is extended to employees of these associations. Employees, Immediate family (parents, children, siblings, spouse, and life partners) of the Promoter or its agencies are not eligible to enter or win this competition. This Contest is void where prohibited.
  • Contest period:The competition starts at 12.01AM on  28th July 2025 and closes at 11.59PM on 30th September 2025 (the “Competition Period”). All times are GMT and any entries received outside of the Competition Period will be void.

How to enter:

  • Contestants may enter any category they are eligible for.  We have 4 categories to choose from being Landscapes, Cities, Wildlife and People.
  • UK:To enter via direct upload through email send the file to oneshot@abtot.com email, In the email, state the place and country where the photograph was taken together with the category you are entering.   You must ensure you have read and agreed to the competition terms and conditions. If the photographer is not you, please tell us the name of the photographer at the time of submission.
  • UK: To enter via Instagram, send us your entries via Instagram DM, share your photograph to @abtot_financial-protection and include the hashtag #ABTOTOneShot in your post. In the caption, state the place and country where the photograph was taken together with the category you are entering.   You must ensure you have read and agreed to the competition terms and conditions.
  • UK: To enter via Facebook, send us your entries via Facebook Messenger, on our Facebook page ABTOT Limited, and include the hashtag #ABTOTOneShot in your post. In the caption, state the place and country where the photograph was taken together with the category you are entering.  You must ensure you have read and agreed to the competition terms and conditions.
