Following on from the successful Health & Safety Management and How to Manage Claims presentations at the ABTOT Forum earlier this year, we are pleased to announce that Claire Mulligan, Partner, Head of Travel, Major Injury & Casualty DWF (formerly Kennedys) has brought together a team of risk management experts to continue the discussion on risk management.
Claire will be joined by:
- Marc Jordan, Director of Security, Health & Safety, Crisis & BCM TUI Group
- Paul Austin, Head of Safety and Risk TUI Group
Together they will be discussing their approach to risk management and the legal support/validation of the TUI Group risk management process. Including:
- Why they looked to change their approach
- The move to Risk Management
- Risk appetite
- How the new model works – Data Science to support a risk lead strategy
- Risk mitigation, not eradication
- Proportionate approach ensuring everything we do has been risk assessed
There will be plenty of time for Members to ask questions.
