    This enables you to have fast access to a highly experienced emergency response team for practical and strategic crisis management advice as well as access to specialists such as crisis communications professionals, social media gurus, health and safety practitioners, trauma aftercare specialists and travel safety and security advisors.

    There are three access levels:

    • Platinum – A full-service emergency response centre triaging out of hours calls from your customers while travelling, staff while travelling and staff in your head office.
    • Gold – 24/7 emergency support accessible by your travelling or office-based staff.
    • Silver – 24/7 emergency support accessible by your office-based staff.
