Ben is a media man by trade having learnt his craft on giants such as Ford, Tesco, NatWest and Audi. Career milestones include launching the Ford Focus and turning the RAC orange, as well as winning awards for his work in London & New York. Ben’s experience in the travel and tourism sector spans over 20 years and encompasses UK holiday operators, overseas operators, tourist attractions, destination marketing and everything in between. He is a member of the Institute of Travel & Tourism and has spoken at industry events, sharing his knowledge and passion for the sector. He is results driven, consumer centric planner and consistently develops creative ways to ensure campaigns are seen by consumers.

Emily Walton

Emily’s fierce passion for finding return on investment in the digital sphere for our clients is what drives her development of watertight digital strategies. Her role at Bluesoup is defined by not only supporting the Team hitting their KPIs, but supporting our clients in hitting their business objectives too. With a degree in Finance, Business & Economics, her work is underpinned by data & rational, proven theory. She has earnt her expertise in PPC across lead generation & ecommerce with 8 years in industry. Past accolades include being Shortlisted for Best Large UK PPC Agency by the UK Search Awards in 2022 whilst at the helm of Bristol’s largest growing PPC Team, as well as winning Best Local PPC Campaign in that same year.

Sandra Ishmael

Netherlands Board of Tourism and Conventions (NBTC)

Sandra started at the tourist board in 2006 as Consumer Marketing Manager and took over the reins as Director in 2011. Sandra’s career after university started in one of the buying departments at Marks and Spencer’s Head Office in London. She then took the decision to move overseas to Saint Lucia (Caribbean), where her travel career began. Sandra worked for one of the leading marketing and PR agencies on the island and hence began her ‘masterclass’ in travel marketing and PR. Upon returning to the UK, Sandra worked in the marketing departments for both Garuda Indonesia (airline) and Sandals and Beaches Resorts, before moving onto the NBTC.
