ABTOT Membership offer

  • The ABTOT team provide expertise, experience, and confidence to Travel Organisers to help them navigate through the Package Travel and Linked Travel Arrangements Regulations.

    ABTOT Membership is the home for the established travel company who is looking for travel bonds, the niche tour operator looking to speak to someone who understands their business and the start-up travel organiser who needs help to understand how to set up their travel company and be compliant with the regulations.

    As an approved body, ABTOT is required to ensure our Members trade in compliance with the Package Travel Regulations and have suitable customer care procedures in place which is why we have a code of conduct. Read more here

    Current Members’ activity includes:

    • Adventure Travel, Cultural, Creative and Art Tours, Luxury Travel, Responsible Tourism, Safari and Wildlife, Sailing or Cruise, Ski and Winter sports and Specialist Tours and events.

    ABTOT Members can be:

    • Principals – selling packages directly to consumers.
    • Linked Travel Arrangers (LTAs) or Accommodation only providers.
    • Registered UK and non-UK based Travel Organisers selling to UK consumers and therefore need to comply with the UK Package Travel Regulations.
